Tailored Posture Coaching

Personalised online coaching for better posture and conscious coordination

Choose the level of support that suits your goals, from objective analysis to daily self-application.

Everyone has an individual coordination pattern. For this reason, each training programme is tailored to your specific needs, whether you want to reduce pain, improve balance or achieve conscious control. During the sessions, you will learn techniques for achieving conscious guidance and control through precise verbal instructions, video analysis and targeted feedback. The online format enables effective learning in any environment. This creates a process of clear direction, conscious control and sustainable transformation.

Choose between a 1-hour lesson or 24/7 online coaching

Private Zoom session

During these sessions, we will develop your personalised movement plan. Through objective visual analysis, verbal instruction and targeted corrections, misdirected movement patterns will be identified and gradually corrected. Simple everyday actions such as sitting, standing and walking form the basis for improving coordination and posture. Each session is recorded so you can observe your own progress.

Daily support and video feedback

Receiving daily video feedback enables continuous guidance and quick self-correction. This makes it ideal for those with limited time or an irregular schedule. You submit short video clips for Daniel to analyse. He provides direct feedback via chat or video. This enables you to integrate posture training into your daily routine, fostering independence and self-awareness. Objective video analysis replaces unreliable bodily sensations with visible reality, thereby strengthening your ability to self-correct and consciously guide yourself. Regular feedback supports consistent learning and leads to lasting improvements in coordination.

Required setup for online sessions

For online coaching sessions, you will need a device with a camera that can show your whole body and good lighting. Light clothing and either a stable chair or a clear wall are sufficient. Some movement exercises use simple everyday items, such as a book or a stick. No additional equipment is required as the method relies on precise instruction rather than equipment.
